RAPID NFR is lotion free technique, so yes you keep all your clothes on! The technqiue focuses on stimulating the nervous system via the fascia to reduce hypersensitivity. It works by using pressure and movement to "reset" the nervous system, offering near-immediate and lasting pain relief. Sessions are typically short, making it convenient for busy individuals.

***Rapid can be booked last minute and on the day you wake up with pain (as long as I'm in the clinic), so please TEXT ME and I will get you in to deal with that migrain, back pain, knee pain, shoulder pain, ANY pain.

Expecting Mothers & Minors (18 and under)

I do offer prenatal & postnatal massage for anyone past the 12 week mark, newborns welcome to attend with caregiver.

I also offer massage for kids ages 3+. Guardians will be expected to stay for anyone 12 and under, and is encouraged to stay for minors aged 13+ but not always required. Each case will be evaulated individually.
